  • Booking

    We require a 72-hour notice to get your picnic prepared. Please call us or send us an email if you would like to book a picnic within the 72-hour required notification window.

  • Bad weather

    If the weather takes a turn for the worst and we need to postpone, we will ask that guests re-book to a date within 1 month of the original booking.

  • Location

    We offer a large variety of locations within the greater Boston area and are happy to work with our guests to accommodate picnics in both public and private spaces.

  • Damage

    If there is any damage to our equipment, our team will be notified and the credit card on file will be charged depending on the item.

  • Cancellations

    We do not offer refunds, but will allow customers to reschedule their picnic if the cancellation is due to weather conditions.

  • What about alcohol?

    We do not provide alcohol for any of our picnic experiences on public or private space. However, we do provide drinkware to accommodate your experience.

  • Can I bring my own food?

    Yes, of course you can! Customized grazing boards come standard with each of our picnic experiences, but we encourage you to bring any food or beverage that would make your experience more comfortable. Reach out to us prior to booking to see if we can help with suggestions or accommodating any additional needs!
